This course is an introduction into the basic principles of art, and using color in a complimentary way. We learned how to read and understand a color wheel, additive color method, subtractive color method, as well as how the colors of the color wheel interact with one another.

I really enjoyed this course for the explanation of color. Complimentary colors interact with one another in a way that is different from colors next to each other. It was a great introduction to learning painting, as well. It gave me a chance to understand value and tones very well.
